The Place of James Pain

Scary idea for a horror film. The tap water is spiked by a highly addictive slow working drug by terrorists. Normal people start constantly hanging around taps and constantly drink and slowly turn into violent junkies. Eventually they die from the obsession. In the middle of this crisis the water is turned off by the government trying to control this but the junkies start leaving the taps with minds filled with rage.
